1. Preliminary Nature of Online Estimates

All figures, capacity numbers (kW), roof area requirements (sq. ft.), generation units (kWh), and financial savings displayed on the iSolar Solar Calculator or website are preliminary mathematical estimates designed for initial planning purposes.

They do not constitute a binding commercial engineering contract. Final equipment capacity, guaranteed generation metrics, structural mounting design, and commercial pricing are confirmed exclusively following an onsite engineering feasibility survey and distribution utility (DISCOM) approvals.

2. Intellectual Property

All engineering guides, calculators, logos, trademarks, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of iSolar Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd..

3. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
