High industrial energy consumption running CNC machines, press lines, and industrial lighting with large available unshaded factory roof area.
Site Conditions & Structural Constraints
Pre-engineered building (PEB) metal sheet shed. Required non-penetrative clamp mounting systems to strictly avoid roof puncture and water seepage.
System Design & Equipment Selection
91 high-output bifacial modules with aluminum mini-rail clamp profiles directly secured onto standing seams. Integrated with facility HT substation.
Execution, Grid Synchronization & Handover
Safety harness lifelines installed across roof perimeter. Full compliance with industrial factory safety regulations and CEIG inspection standards.
