Project Requirement & Challenge
The client faced steep commercial power tariffs (₹12+/unit) with peak usage concentrated between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, resulting in heavy operating electricity overheads.
Site Conditions & Structural Constraints
Flat RCC rooftop with parapet walls and HVAC condenser units creating localized shading zones. Required elevated galvanized structures to maintain maintenance walkway clearance.
System Design & Equipment Selection
Tier-1 550W Mono PERC bifacial modules mapped across 2 strings with dual MPPT 25kW European-certified grid-tied inverter. Shadow analysis performed to avoid air conditioning plant shading.
Execution, Grid Synchronization & Handover
Turnkey installation including DISCOM net-metering CEIG approvals, bi-directional net meter commissioning, and SPD protection earthing.
